Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, document findings, and develop plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Use professional judgment to prioritize tasks, manage multiple patients, and respond to emergencies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Safety and Infection Control: Adhere to established policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current State License as a Registered Nurse and good standing with the state's Department of Professional Credentialing.
  • Experience: Up to one year of work-related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certifications.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
