Respiratory Care Specialist

This role involves providing age-appropriate and culturally sensitive respiratory care to patients of all ages, from neonatal to geriatric. As a certified respiratory therapist, you will utilize Respiratory Therapy Protocols in the prevention of and intervention in life-threatening situations.
Responsibilities:- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care.
- Utilize Respiratory Protocols and perform cardiopulmonary assessments and treatment procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care interventions and outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care issues and care plans.
- Implement and document patient responses to treatments and modify care plans accordingly.
- Prioritize respiratory care needs and support required for patients.
- An Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited school.
- A minimum of one year of work-related experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- A Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification.
- A Basic Life Saving (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP) certification.
