Job Summary

This position directs the daily activities of store team members in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Night Manager during assigned shifts. The Crew Leader is responsible for store operations by opening and closing the store when scheduled, protecting store property and funds, and monitoring employee performance during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless store operations by opening and closing the store according to established procedures.
  • Direct and monitor the day-to-day activities of full-time/part-time store team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, resolving complaints, and handling exchanges and refunds.
  • Conduct front-end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pick-ups, and verification of cash tills.
  • Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other meat team members.
  • Previous training/supervisory experience a plus.
  • Ability to regularly lift 50lbs.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
