About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Wild Fork. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our culinary training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and walk-in freezer.
  • Support our culinary training programs, assisting with product knowledge and cooking demonstrations.
  • Process customer transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
