Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive business elements of multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring that financial objectives are achieved while upholding established quality benchmarks.
- Guide and support selected assistant project managers and project engineers within the project team.
- Proactively cultivate customer relationships to guarantee satisfaction and service excellence.
- Manage all facets related to materials, budgeting, and production for assigned projects.
- Strategically plan and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients and project personnel to accurately identify and manage scope alterations, resolve issues, and communicate project progress.
- Administer project-related documentation and correspondence through designated document management systems.
- Ensure compliance with our client's quality, safety, and best practice standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience with a mechanical contractor is required; experience in commercial or multifamily projects is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines.
- Dedication to delivering responsive, high-quality customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in task execution.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with Oracle (or similar project management software) and Accubid (or other estimating software) is preferred.
- Experience in remote project management, with minimal site visits, is advantageous.
