Public Events Coordinator

Balance of Nature is a leading whole food supplement company dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives.

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Events Manager to join our team in Hurricane, UT.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality events that effectively engage the public and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless event execution
• Oversee event budgeting, sponsorships, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Process requests for new customers acquired at public events
• Provide regular updates to senior management on event status and progress
• Develop event campaigns and project briefs to drive business objectives
• Manage event branding and communication to ensure consistency and impact
• Design and implement event feedback surveys to measure success
• Plan and execute approved events to meet business goals

Requirements:

• At least 3 months of experience with Balance of Nature
• Proven experience in event planning and execution
• Strong knowledge of Google Drive, Excel, Microsoft, and external software

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of managerial experience
• Strong background in event planning and execution
• Experience in creating and maintaining event budgets
• Proficient in Google Workspaces
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle stress and high-pressure situations

Compensation and Benefits:

• $45,000 per year + $1,000 Commission Bonus
