As a Store Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store performance during your shift. Your specific duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Executing all tasks associated with Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Personnel.
  • Supervising a team of 3 to 30 employees throughout your shift.
  • Overseeing all operational functions of the store.
  • Welcoming customers and processing orders with a friendly demeanor.
  • Handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate payment collection.
  • Preparing high-quality products while adhering to established recipes and portion guidelines.
  • Delivering products safely and courteously to customers.
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment.
  • Upholding professional appearance standards in line with company policies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in team leadership; you will motivate a team of 3 to 30 individuals during your shift.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check are essential for this role.
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Exemplary role model qualities; your punctuality, attitude, and appearance will set the tone for your team.
  • Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
