Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, overseeing, and communicating production timelines to ensure timely deliveries
  • Enhancing operational procedures to boost productivity
  • Addressing daily challenges within Production Control and collaborating with other departments
  • Providing regular updates to management regarding production progress and resolving any scheduling conflicts
  • Finalizing program closeout for materials
  • Fostering continuous improvement initiatives and guiding team members
  • Working closely with the Purchasing department to guarantee prompt delivery of components
  • Participating in weekly program meetings and fulfilling assigned responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED or higher
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing or production planning
  • 2-3 years' experience with ERP systems, with a focus on MRP (knowledge of CostPoint is advantageous)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
