About the Role

The Blick Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our Director of Clinical Services and Behavioral Health department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough chart reviews for quality assurance purposes
  • Make client satisfaction survey calls to ensure high-quality care
  • Monitor completion of required documentation from clinicians
  • Enter discharge summaries into clinical records in a timely manner
  • Collect and analyze data for reports as needed
  • Take accurate meeting minutes for department meetings
  • Answer general referral questions to assess appropriateness for intake
  • Request and follow up on documentation for client records
  • Order necessary supplies and resources for Behavioral Health
Requirements
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Word and Excel
