Key Responsibilities- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for adults with serious mental illness
- Perform housekeeping, prepare meals, administer medication, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the direct care team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check and maintain a valid Oregon driver's license
- A competitive starting wage of $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement
