Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a key member of our outpatient team, you will work closely with children and families to provide individualized therapy services.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children and families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in mental health therapy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with children and families in an outpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
