POSITION OVERVIEW

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Act as the primary administrative contact for client interactions.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with all clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their core business.
  • Assist in managing client expectations and service commitments while anticipating their needs.
  • Quickly identify and resolve basic client service challenges.
  • Support account management personnel by addressing fundamental client issues in their absence.
  • Represent Relation culture to clients, visitors, and team members through professional and courteous communication.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal and external clients, business partners, and insurance carriers.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • 2+ years of experience in account service, with preference for candidates with commercial and/or personal insurance product experience.
  • Property & Casualty license from state of domicile preferred; however, candidates must be able to obtain their insurance license within 90 days of hire.
