About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Engagement Manager to join our team at Community Health Action of Staten Island. As a key member of our healthcare engagement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs to improve health outcomes for individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with medical teams to manage program recruitment, enrollment, and ongoing patient navigation needs.
  • Directly supervises program staff via one-on-one supervisions, providing necessary feedback and coaching/development opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience supervising two or more employees required; 10+ years of experience providing direct services to the target population may be considered in lieu of supervisory experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of care management principles, documentation, referral processes, and follow up.
Estimated Salary Range: $63,000-$68,000 annually.
