Patient Care Technician CNA PCT Full Time

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team at Ernest Health. As a Patient Care Technician, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide direct bedside care to patients. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of compassion, empathy, and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- One year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
