Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collect and process patient specimens for diagnostic testing.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
