Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Lead Pastor in achieving the organization's mission through evaluating ministry effectiveness, strategic planning, and decision-making.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and strategy of the organization.
  • Guide ministry staff in developing and directing programs that resonate with our community, ensuring the fulfillment of our mission.
  • Ensure operational readiness by supervising support staff in areas such as administration, finance, human resources, and facilities management.
  • Facilitate the annual strategic planning process, including performance evaluations, mission reviews, and the establishment of long-term goals.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into the effectiveness of all organizational functions.
  • Create annual financial plans that support the strategic objectives and meet essential financial targets.
  • Lead initiatives for church planting, including strategic development and execution.
  • Promote the growth of infrastructure across all ministries to support sustainable development.
  • Oversee special projects and provide support for various ministries as needed.
  • Assess congregational needs and collaborate with leaders to design relevant ministry initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Lead Pastor.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in management, administration, and finance.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing objectives.
  • Able to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in vision casting and implementation.
  • Collaborative and strategic thinker with a strong relational focus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
