Job Title: Registered Nurse

**Job Summary:**

Carenational Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nursing assistants in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nursing Care (85%):
    • Direct day-to-day functions of nursing assistants per facility guidelines.
    • Conduct admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
    • Implement and update resident care plans.
    • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
    • Ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records (Point Click Care).
  • Administrative Support (10%):
    • Complete required medical forms, reports, and evaluations.
    • Assist in training staff and maintaining data resources.
  • Other Duties (5%):
    • Participate in staff meetings and additional projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: RN degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 1 year in a similar nursing role.
  • Licensure: Valid RN license in Oregon.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic medical records systems (PCC).
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude.
