Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift team at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of our registered nurses and healthcare team. You will be responsible for coordinating responses to incidents, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, and supporting staff through education and performance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare team members.
  • Covers shifts as needed to ensure adequate staffing levels and maintain continuity of care.
  • Coordinates on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.
  • Serves as a resource to direct care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a strong commitment to teamwork. The ideal candidate will have:
  • A valid RN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure by endorsement.
  • 1+ years of experience in inpatient psychiatric settings, preferably with older adults.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
