As a key member of the Leadership team, this individual will analyze business performance, prepare detailed financial forecasting and reporting, and ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

About Lift Bridge Brewing Company

We are a dynamic and growing company with a strong culture that values quality, brand, team, own it, growth, and passion. Our ideal candidate will be a motivated and results-driven professional with 5-7 years of experience in accounting, who can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, employee onboarding/payroll, cash management, tax compliance, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, prepare monthly department financial performance reports, and assist with excise tax reports and supplier reports to state and federal agencies.
  • Work closely with our CPA firm to prepare tax returns and annual review, and process various accounting-related reports as required by management or government agencies.
  • Handle the monthly close process, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting, and accurately prepare balance sheet reconciliations and provide proper support.
