About the Role

As a Production Brewer at Lift Bridge Brewery, you will play a critical role in our production team. We are looking for an individual who is quality and safety-minded, hard-working, and has a high character.

The ideal candidate will have previous production brewing experience, but it's not required. We offer competitive compensation based on experience, with an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare materials and vessels for production.
  • Brewhouse operations, including Wort production, Yeast management, and CIP.
  • Perform quality assurance testing.
  • Ensure accurate completion of process documentation.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of the brewing process is preferred.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule with little supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Able to lift 55 lbs and move 165 lbs occasionally.
