About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with clinical procedures, such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams.
  • Communicating effectively with patients and staff, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Collaborating with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current MA certification.
  • At least one year of experience in a medical office setting or two or more years of experience in a service or retail setting.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and accept responsibility for following established protocols.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet fluctuating demands.
  • Working knowledge of EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with patients and staff.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
