Main Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and merchandising efforts of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Support the sales and merchandising efforts of our store, including receiving and stocking merchandise, rotating stock, and performing price changes as directed.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6-12 months of retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in utilizing general office equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous retail sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
