Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration:
Maintain current knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food items; work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and assist in educating fellow associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and remain flexible to business needs by working in various areas.


Expertise in Food Preparation:
Prepare food in accordance with item specifications; plan for future and mass production; prepare for seasonal demands; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate understanding of product execution and layout.
Technological Proficiency:
Utilize digital tools to enhance sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; employ handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member's needs in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to do the same.
Ownership of Responsibilities:
Drive performance in the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; minimize waste; provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; assist members with purchasing decisions, payment options, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
Brand Advocacy:
Act as a brand ambassador; inspire and influence others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented manner; identify obstacles and assist in training to overcome them.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing related action plans; utilize the Open Door Policy; and apply these principles in executing business processes.

Complete work assignments and priorities by leveraging policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, colleagues, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; recommend improvements; and adapt to and learn from changes, challenges, and feedback.
