Key Responsibilities
  • Efficient Vehicle Management: Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles, ensuring the secure handling of keys and personal belongings.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver courteous assistance to guests, helping with their luggage and providing information to enhance their stay.
  • Traffic Coordination: Oversee the flow of vehicles at the valet station, maintaining order and efficiency in the parking area.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of parked vehicles, noting any special requests to facilitate quick retrieval.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as a vital link between guests and various hotel departments, ensuring requests are handled promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a valet or bellman role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
