As a Clinical Nursing Faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nurses by providing clinical instruction and supervision to students in community and practice settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality clinical instruction, including lectures, lab sessions, and simulation activities, to students in a dynamic and student-centric learning environment.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care for students to practice their clinical skills.
- Collaborate with nursing faculty members to develop and implement curriculum, assess student progress, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Conduct regular evaluations of student performance and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, grades, and other relevant data.
- Masters degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited educational institution.
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in the state where the program is licensed.
- Minimum of two years full-time clinical experience as a registered nurse or advanced practice nurse.
- Prior teaching or presentation experience is preferred.
- Strong academic and professional record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
