Chief Financial Officer, Integrated Supply Chain Leader

Job Summary:

GE HealthCare seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead its Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Global Services (GS) functions. As a key member of the ISC and GS leadership team, this individual will drive financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance cash flow.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely information to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize financial initiatives, driving process improvements and cost savings.
  • Manage a global team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high-performing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining a strong control environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners.
  • Drive business development and growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand services and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, with 10+ years of financial experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth, improving profitability, and enhancing cash flow in a global business environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, customers, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive process improvements and cost savings.
  • Experience with financial systems, applications, and data analysis, with ability to drive business insights and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Certifications in finance, accounting, or leadership, such as CPA, CFA, or Six Sigma.
  • Experience working in a global business environment, with knowledge of international finance, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain finance, with experience driving process improvements and cost savings.
  • Experience leading business development and growth initiatives, with ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
