Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our Integrated Supply Chain team at GE HealthCare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and guidance to drive business growth, improve financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Lead the development of annual operating plans and forecasts, and ensure alignment with company-wide goals and objectives
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making, including evaluation of risks and opportunities
  • Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective financial planning and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement financial systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a strong control environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and 10 years of financial work experience; or high school diploma and minimum of 15 years of financial work experience
  • Strategic finance management experience, with authority to make policy decisions covering multiple areas of finance
  • Direct or indirect leadership experience of a global team
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of Accounting Principles
  • Ability to drive profitable growth by providing analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience with financial systems/applications, strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across all levels, functions, and regions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and clearly communicate (written, verbal) in a global team environment
  • Experience adding financial expertise and strategic value to operating teams
  • Trained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as LEAN or Six Sigma
