**Job Summary:**
As a Repair Station General Assembly and Testing Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, disassembling, cleaning, troubleshooting, overhauling, repairing, and testing fuel and hydraulic components. You will work closely with our production and quality teams to ensure conformance with established procedures and FAA regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Inspect and test fuel and hydraulic components to ensure airworthiness
* Utilize hand and specialty tools to perform assembly and disassembly tasks
* Read and interpret technical data and drawings to troubleshoot and repair components
* Operate test equipment to ensure components meet specifications
* Document maintenance records and troubleshoot components failing test
* Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and high-quality production
**Requirements:**
* High mechanical aptitude and 1-5 years of hands-on assembly/disassembly experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and data
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of quality
* Basic computer operating skills
**Physical Requirements:**
* Ability to stand and occasionally sit
* Regular, reliable, and timely attendance
* Ability to lift up to 20 to 40 lbs.
