Job Description

This Pharmacist II role is an excellent opportunity to join our team at Scripps Encinitas Hospital. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to our mission of improving health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in direct patient care and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Perform medication reviews and management tasks
  • Supervise and mentor students and residents as needed
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding patient care

Requirements

  • BS Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
  • PGY1 residency or 3 years' experience in relevant area of clinical pharmacy practice
  • California Pharmacist License
  • AHA BLS for the health care provider and ACLS certifications required

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
