Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Installed Building Products. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for processing and managing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with HR duties such as maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or payroll administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
