Adjunct Faculty Member


Adjunct Faculty Members are responsible for delivering designated courses and/or overseeing student teachers/interns as outlined in the School of Leadership & Human Resource Development's curriculum and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

75% Instruct courses as outlined in the curriculum and schedule of the School

10% Select and assess instructional materials; develop course materials and lesson plans; provide students with a syllabus that includes course objectives, learning outcomes, teaching methods, required texts, assignments, and evaluation criteria

5% Monitor and assess student performance in achieving course objectives through assignments, projects, discussions, or examinations; provide timely feedback on student progress

5% Maintain records of enrollment, attendance, assessments, and grades; submit class rosters and grade sheets by the deadlines established by the University

5% Be accessible for student consultations via phone, email, or virtual meetings

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Leadership & Human Resource Development or a related field
