Compassionate End-of-Life Care Nurse

Hospice Nurse Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our hospice team, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while advancing your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Meet documentation and reporting requirements in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Oklahoma; Active, unencumbered licensure required
- At least six months of nursing experience, with hospice experience preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Compensation Information:
This position offers an estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
