About the Role
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. As a CNA, you will report directly to our Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager Senior, functioning under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or Clinical Supervisor. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and adhering to infection control measures
- Assist with feeding, ambulation, and other care needs as ordered by the RN
- Provide basic emotional and psychological support to patients and their families

Requirements
- Current CNA license in good standing
- 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
