Role Summary:

This position entails leveraging specialized expertise to transform creative ideas into compelling visual content, including photography, video, and illustrations. You will lead the production team, ensuring seamless workflow, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets, and executing all campaigns and shoots for Tapestry.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing the production of visual content to ensure alignment with Tapestry's brand identity and strategic goals.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Creative teams to formulate a comprehensive production strategy that resonates with our target audience.
  • Managing relationships with external talent and their representatives for various production needs.
  • Coordinating merchandise for all creative projects.
  • Developing and overseeing production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Handling vendor relationships, securing pricing, and ensuring adherence to Tapestry's aesthetic.
  • Managing logistics for on-location shoots, including scouting and permitting.
  • Working with international teams to ensure consistency in production quality.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in print production and visual content management within the fashion or retail sector.
  • Proven managerial experience with a track record of delivering high-quality content on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
  • International experience is advantageous.
  • Robust problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
