As a Food Production Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in various departments by performing a variety of duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Lead Person, and/or Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in departments by performing tasks as assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company's GMP's, SOP's, Plant Rules, and Policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure product specifications are met and communicate effectively to resolve any issues.
• Assist other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to read and write.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Working Conditions:

• Regularly exposed to extreme cold temperatures.
• Frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
• Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and toxic or caustic chemicals.
