Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in various industries. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Building relationships with clients and understanding their needs and requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the candidates we provide
  • Working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow our client base
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sourcing and placing top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
