Key Responsibilities
  • Drink Preparation and Service: Prepare all drinks quickly, accurately, and efficiently, maintaining a high standard of quality and presentation.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of all products and recipes served at the bar, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Cash Handling and Controls: Charge the correct price for each drink sold, maintain proper controls at the service and main bar at all times, and ensure accurate accounting for all guest checks, cash, and credit cards.
  • Bar Maintenance and Cleaning: Participate in proper bar maintenance, cleaning, stocking, and setting up, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Quality Control: Taste juices in mixes and check all garnishes to ensure freshness and quality, maintaining a high standard of presentation and quality.
  • Liquor License Compliance: Protect the liquor license at all times by checking IDs properly, not serving drinks to intoxicated persons, and following company procedures pertaining to local liquor laws.
  • Inventory Management: Restock liquor bottles and maintain an accurate bottle par, ensuring that the bar is always well-stocked and ready to serve.
  • Personal Hygiene and Appearance: Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance, adhering to company standards and expectations.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Assist Barback or Beverage Server functions when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
Requirements
  • Ability to pour high volumes of drinks quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
