Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Leadership Role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), providing supervision and training, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and train RBTs and BCaBAs to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality ABA services.
- Parent Training: Collaborate with parents and caregivers to implement structured parent training programs that promote positive behavior change and support.
- Assessments and Plan Writing: Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective behavior plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and ensure the effectiveness of ABA services.
- Schedule Management: Manage client and staff schedules to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Technology and Data Management: Utilize electronic data collection systems and other technology to track client progress and manage data.
- Evaluation and Fidelity: Conduct regular program evaluations and fidelity measures to ensure the quality and effectiveness of ABA services.
- Ethics and Compliance: Maintain compliance with BACB ethics code and treatment guidelines from CASP and BHCOE.
- BCBA Certification: Must be a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably in a leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and staff.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $115,000 - $150,000 per year.
