Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Omaha-West team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans for children with Autism in a clinic or home setting.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans for children with Autism.
  • Collect data on behavioral skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and functional living protocols.
  • Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client protocols.
  • Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and implementing ABA principles.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assume various postures for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
