Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Circle City ABA of Nebraska. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and evaluations of client skills and needs
- Develop and monitor individual treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Provide regular staff training and supervision, and offer feedback for staff enhancement and client progress
- Facilitate regular caregiver meetings and training sessions to ensure open communication
- Submit all required documents for internal and external audits
- Identify clients and families in need of additional supports, such as social skills groups and family support groups
- Participate in professional development activities and share information with the clinical team
- Maintain licensure, certifications, and credentialing current as required
- Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology, or related field
- BCBA certification and minimum of two years of experience working with children or young adults with ASD
- Credentialed as BCBA by the BACB and retaining appropriate memberships, certifications, and standings with other professional groups
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary starting at $90,000/year and monthly bonus potential.
