As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and repair of fire protection systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam suppression systems, as well as fire pumps and back flow devices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute installation project plans, including equipment delivery and installation schedules.
- Lead a team of installation technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential installation challenges and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with construction managers to ensure compliance with project specifications and company safety policies.
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation of all work performed, including installation records and safety reports.
- Provide training and guidance to installation technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection systems installation and service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate installation risks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Ability to adhere to and implement company safety policies and procedures at all times.
