We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team at Ericsson's US 5G Smart Factory in Lewisville, TX. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for driving production, motivating your team, and promoting safety to produce cutting-edge radios and basebands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute daily and weekly production plans in collaboration with the Supervisor.
  • Ensure operator adherence to schedules, quality standards, and work instructions for assembly and test operations.
  • Create accurate end-of-shift reports for Production management and Leadership Team.
  • Deliver clear updates on production status during daily calls.
  • Communicate cross-functionally and raise issues through proper channels.
  • Mentor and motivate team members, and support Technical Trainers in onboarding for new employees.
  • Document operator performance, resolve conflicts within your line, and act as a backup for Supervisors.
  • Ensure assembly line cleanliness and adherence to 5S principles during shift handovers.
  • Manage product changeovers using provided checklists.
  • Execute non-conforming material processes, and promote and enforce strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.
  • Identify and manage safety issues and emergencies, and lead twice-daily stretches.
