Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, implementing, and recording patients' responses to medical plans of care. Utilize electronic medical records to document patient interactions and ensure accurate information exchange. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans. Triaging patient inquiries and addressing concerns according to established protocols and policies. Scheduling appointments and tests, and reinforcing physician instructions through various communication channels. Provide ongoing patient education and support to ensure informed decision-making. Work collaboratively with licensed vocational nurses and office staff to maintain efficient workflow and optimize patient satisfaction. Maintain current knowledge of relevant healthcare policies, procedures, and research findings to enhance clinical practice. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policy changes based on nursing expertise.
