Personal Banker

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, and effective lobby engagement.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, leveraging technology, tools, and resources to educate customers on options for managing financial transactions.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty and retention.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or a related field.
• Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
