Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the production schedule to ensure timely manufacturing and testing of radiopharmaceutical products.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Project Management, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance, to comprehend the specific scheduling requirements for all production projects.
  • Engage with production staff to guarantee the on-time achievement of project milestones.
  • Evaluate equipment and personnel utilization rates and support production capacity planning efforts.
  • Identify and execute process enhancements to achieve and sustain operational efficiency.
  • Communicate promptly with management and stakeholders to foresee and address scheduling challenges, ensuring reliable order fulfillment and avoiding delays.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing setting or in manufacturing resource planning.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancements.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to structure complex topics for managing, prioritizing, and scheduling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management or resource allocation software and tools.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the capability to coordinate tasks across various departments and functions.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a focus on growth.
  • Familiarity with radiopharmaceuticals is advantageous.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements such as 21 CFR §11, 21 CFR §211, and 21 CFR §212.
