What You'll Do
  • Achieve sales targets through new business and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Use agency-provided leads to grow your customer base
  • Help clients meet their insurance needs and educate them on family protection
Must-Haves
  • Obtain Property & Casualty license prior to start date
  • Hold Life license within a reasonable timeframe
  • 1-3 years of insurance sales experience (preferably with State Farm, Allstate, or Farmers)
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and efficiency skills
  • Proficiency in sales software and technology
  • Continuous learning and coaching willingness
  • Superb communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, confident individual
