Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Powder Coat Painter to join our team in a manufacturing facility. As a key member of our paint department, you will be responsible for performing various painting operations, including hanging, unloading, pre-staging, and masking, to meet established standards.

This role involves a process that is easily repeatable with minimal troubleshooting and adjustments required to complete assigned tasks. You will adhere to pre-established guidelines, procedures, plans, and priorities set by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform powder coat painting operations, including preparation, application, and finishing.
  • Ensure high-quality finishes and adhere to quality control standards.
  • Maintain paint equipment in good operating condition and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Train in the paint booth to learn powder coat painting techniques and best practices.

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing facility with a spacious and team-oriented atmosphere. The facility boasts very nice lighting with skylights and high ceilings, creating a comfortable working environment.
