**Powder Coat Painter**

**Job Description**

+ Perform various painting operations including hanging, unloading, pre-staging, and masking to meet established standards in the paint department.

+ This role involves a process that is easily repeatable with minimal troubleshooting and adjustments required to complete assigned tasks.

+ Adhere to pre-established guidelines, procedures, plans, and priorities set by the supervisor.

+ Understand and seek continuous improvement opportunities in paint processes.

+ Maintain paint equipment in good operating condition.

+ Train in the paint booth to learn powder coat painting techniques.

**Work Environment**

+ The work environment is a manufacturing facility

+ The facility boasts very nice lighting with skylights and high ceilings, creating a spacious and team-oriented atmosphere.

+ Paint suits are air conditioned, providing comfort during hot days
