About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the financial advisor in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deepen and broaden client relationships through personalized service and proactive communication
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiency and improve processes
  • Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Stay up-to-date with current and new office technology
  • Develop a strong understanding of financial services and markets
