We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to lead our financial transformation project. As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all testing and integrations for this large-scale project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Lead a team of testers to ensure that all testing is completed on time and to the required standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with the project.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of the project.
  • Identify and report defects to the development team and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a Test Manager with a background in financial services.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale testing projects on time and to budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of testers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with the project.
  • Experience with test automation tools and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Jira and other test management tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for financial institutions, particularly CCAR and CECL.
  • Experience with ETL and data integration.
